A Walk in the Woods
I find forests tricky. The light flits from bright and glorious, bursting through the canopy, to hidden a minute later, so that the world feels dark and gloomy. There’s so much life in the forest, so much going on, so many organisms bustling around. It can be hard to know where to point my camera, and so I’m trying to take photographs in the woods whenever I can because as they say, only practise makes perfect. I’m trying to focus on patterns, details, depth and light and strictly only with a prime lens (creativity loves boundaries as they also say).
